My name is Matt and I am working in the "window covering industry" since 2017. During this time I noticed that it is a few aspects worth improving regarding customer service and that's why I decided to create the "Privacy Creation" in 2021. My main goal was to increase the level of customer service to provide the best possible experience from start to finish.
I am always happy to help during our free-of-charge appointments and devote you as much time as you need to choose the best-looking and most comfortable solution designed to meet your needs.
During last year I received so many questions from our customers who asked us about additional services - like floors or carpets and that's why in 2022 our "little, 2 people team" decided to extend the range of our products to earlier mentioned flooring solutions to become a more complex company for our customers.
We always perform the duties entrusted to us 100% well from start to finish and that is why we have so many customers who learn about us from our recommendations!
